Mill Basin “mob mansion” for sale

The Mill Basin home once owned by convicted criminal John Rosatti is up for sale for a cool $30 million, according to a listing with Corcoran Group.

The 23,000-square-foot complex overlooking Jamaica Bay consists of a two-home duplex with seven master bedroom suites, 14 full baths, four kitchens, elevators, media rooms, indoor parking, boat docks and more.

The home, located at2458 National Drive, abuts part of Jamaica Bay’s protected wetlands, which Rosatti, who is rumored to be a member of the Colombo crime family, reportedly dredged to support the weight of his estate. The home was sold by Rosatti in 1996.
